Are the workouts live?

The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience.The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended so that you can take part anytime. These will be found in the 'real time' section of the app under 'Transform 6 Week Jan Challenge' and under trainer Courtney.
