This 6 week challenge is perfect for those who want to get back into a routine after the summer madness, who want that extra push and those who want to build positive, healthy habits around their schedule.
You do not need to let your busy routine stop you from achieving your goals nor do you need a fitness routine that consumes your life. We're here to enhance our lives and create a balanced approach to health & fitness!
This challenge will combine workouts of strength, HIIT and full body with an emphasis on quality over quantity. These workouts may be 30mins but they are going to be INTENSE! As well as providing you some easy on the go meals AND some insane weekly prizes!

How to win our prizes!
First steps first, make sure you're signed up to be eligible for winning incredible prizes ( sign up link below)
Take your transformation pictures front, side, back on day one of the challenge and again at the end! Make sure you're holding a piece of paper with 'CB App IGNITE ', the date, your name and instagram handle! See our example below!

What is the 6 Week Challenge?
Our IGNITE challenge has been created for ALL WARRIORS. Those with busy schedules who want to reach their goals, those who want to build positive, healthy habits and every one who wants to challenge themselves and get back in to routine.
5 x 30 min workouts per week
2 rest days per week
Incredible weekly prizes
End of challenge transformation prizes
A mixture of dumbell's and a resistance band is ideal to get the most out of your sessions! But do not worry if you haven't got this, you can fill up some water bottles to get started too!
Who is the challenge trainer?
Are the workouts live?
The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience . The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended. These will be found in the 'real time' section of the app under '6week X 30 min IGNITE' and under trainer Courtney.
Who can join the 6 Week Challenge?
This challenge is perfect for all warriors, you can take rests when you need to, you can push harder when you want to. Just do not QUIT, we are all doing this together. Every day we improve a bit more - TOGETHER we got this!
