Everything you need to know!

It's back and even better than before, with a new length of 4 weeks to help all busy mums out there. This challenge will be led by our dedicated pre and post natal trainer Rachel. It is suitable for all pre and post natal mumma's, but absolutely anyone can join in!

Family life can be hectic, newborn life can be overwhelming and many will face different difficulties during their post natal journey. But together we can achieve anything, a likeminded community prioritising their health!

Our challenge is made of 30 minute workouts to help fit in around your routine and schedules. Let's get stronger, fitter and healthier during these four weeks and commit to the transformation for ourselves!

How to win our prizes!

First steps first, make sure you're signed up to be eligible for winning incredible prizes ( sign up link below) we have WEEKLY prizes to be won!
Take your transformation pictures front, side, back on day one of the challenge and again at the end! Make sure you're holding a piece of paper with 'CB App Busy Mum ', the date, your name and instagram handle! See our example below!

What is the Busy Mum Challenge?

Trainer Rachel will be providing variations and levels to help everyone take part safely and enjoy this challenge. Those on pre and post natal journeys will be covered!

4 Weeks

5 x 30 min workouts per week

2 rest days per week

A mixture of dumbell's and a resistance band is ideal to get the most out of your sessions! But do not worry if you haven't got this, you can fill up some water bottles to get started too!

Who is the challenge trainer?




Are the workouts live?

The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience . The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended. These will be found in the 'real time' section of the app under '4 Week Busy Mum' and under trainer Rachel.

Who can join the Challenge?

Anyone can join the challenge with Rachel! It will be suitable for those with busy family lives and schedules, those on there pre natal journeys and those on their post natal paths!

Real-time follow along workouts providing you with your very own PT in your pocket suitable to complete at home with minimal space and equipment. Just download the app to get started!
