We are back with another 28 day of real-time workouts hosted with Sarah. This challenge is all around progression, building your confidence as we go. Starting by working through form and techniques to make sure we lay the foundations and nail the basics! Classes will progress in difficulty through the challenge but its all about sustainable training to help you complete the 28 days!
This challenge WILL change you, you WILL feel the difference – and all in the comfort of your home – your space and your pace. Build your techniques, build your fitness level and build that confidence!

How will the FIT WITHOUT FEAR challenge work
The challenge will focus on building techniques, your fitness levels, your endurance and most of all YOUR CONFIDENCE.
If you already feel you are more advanced all you have to do is lift heavier weights to get the most out of these workouts.
There will be modifications high / low impact.
Who is the challenge trainer?
Sarah - Sarah is our CB squad beginner and intermediate trainer but that doesn’t mean our long standing warriors won’t get something from this. This challenge is about perfecting techniques and form.
Why should I join the FIT WITHOUT FEAR challenge
We want to remove the barriers to being able to start your fitness journey, whatever barrier you are currently experiencing its about breaking through and finding a comfortable rhythm for YOU. As we always say, consistency is the key to long term healthy habits and results. Showing up every day and getting into a regular routine is so beneficial when it comes to your health and fitness journey. What’s more, we are all showing up together!
By the end of this challenge you will have more confidence in your ability, your form and you will start to see the difference as well as feeling it.

How do I Join
The challenge goes live on Monday 31st October, but feel free to join any time after that. On Monday 31st the first workout will appear under Sarah’s section of the CB App. To join simply download the Courtney Black App and choose your subscription.
