It’s the final push for 22’ goals. End the year with this 28-day finisher challenge with Louis. Hard hitting boxing and strength challenge.

28 days of real-time workouts led by Louis to help build strength, stability and explosive power! We couldn’t have built a better challenge to finish 2022. Targeting the whole body, Louis will focus on his signature boxing exercises, which are beneficial for muscle building, weight loss and cardiovascular conditioning!

HOW WILL THE FINISH IT WORKOUT CHALLENGE WORK

5 days on, 2 days rest, and REPEAT! You’ll need light dumbbells (or none) for boxing, Medium to heavy dumbbells for strength, a skipping rope and bands

There will be modifications high / low impact.
