What is the MOTIVATE ME challenge
This 28 day challenge promises to bring the heat. It is 28 days of hard work designed to MOTIVATE you to show up, work hard and be consistent. There will be brand new workouts, brand new exercises and a new level of results. Get ready to work with Courtney as your pocket PT and accountability partner, she will be with you every step of the way to ensure you give yourself the best start in 2023.
This challenge is designed to TRANSFORM... Transform you, get you looking leaner, feeling stronger, fitter but also help you to feel amazing and head into a new year with new goals and a new mindset.
We’ll be sweating together, struggling together, but most importantly TRANSFORMING together. This challenge has been designed to get you the results you have ALWAYS wanted. No restrictive diets, no burning of your lunch, just FIRE and enjoyable workouts!

Who is the challenge trainer?
How will the MOTIVATE ME challenge work
Week 1: we’re kicking it off with a FITNESS based week. You will feel incredible after just one week of these workouts. You’ll be able to run- around after the kids, run up the stairs quicker, take less breaks and generally feel amazing.
Week 2: it’s time to get lean! Get ready to sculpt and shred, it won’t be easy, but we are warriors!
Week 3: we’ll be ramping up the strength element in week 3 and really pushing our limits physically and mentally.
Week 4 : time to join it all together and TRANSFORM. Courntey’s challenges always deliver incredible results and this one will be no different, its time for you to give it a go and make that change for yourself.
Why should I join the MOTIVATE ME challenge
As we always say, consistency is the key to long term healthy habits and results. Showing up every day and getting into a regular routine is so beneficial when it comes to your health and fitness journey, and what better way to kick off a new year than in the BEST shape of your life.
What’s more, we are all showing up together! So if you are struggling right now to get your fitness on track , struggling to get motivated, not sure where to start or you are looking to push yourself out of your comfort zone, this is the challenge for you!
How do I Join
The challenge goes live on the 2nd January, but feel free to join any time after that. On January 2nd the first workout will appear under Courtney’s section of the CB App. To join simply download the Courtney Black App and choose your subscription.
