These 28 Days will be an epic fitness challenge for any beginners or those looking to get back into it this summer!
Designed to fit in to everyday life for all those busy beginners. If you're struggling to get started or get back in to it...this is the challenge for you!
It's time to prioritise your mind, body & fitness, improve and boost your overall health as well as committing to these 28 days with the CB community for YOU!
Sarah is our beginner to intermediate trainer and will be with you every session in real time format, to help guide you and motivate you on this journey!
How to win our prizes!
First steps first, make sure you're signed up to be eligible for winning incredible prizes ( sign up link below)
Take your transformation pictures front, side, back on day one of the challenge and again at the end! Make sure you're holding a piece of paper with 'CB App The Booster', the date, your name and instagram handle! See our example below!

What is the 28 Day Challenge?
The BOOSTER challenge has been created for ALL BUSY BEGINNERS. The perfect start to your fitness journey or the boost you need to get back to it! Increase your fitness, reach your desired goals and feel fitter and happier than ever!
5 x 30 min workouts per week
2 rest days per week
Incredible weekly prizes including a Q & A with Trainer Sarah!
A mixture of dumbells required to get the most out of your sessions!
Who is the challenge trainer?
Are the workouts live?
The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience . The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended. These will be found in the 'real time' section of the app under '28 Day Challenge Strong Express' and under trainer Luke.
Who can join the 28 Day Challenge?
This challenge is for beginners to intermediate level. If you;'re brand new to training, getting back in to it or looking to level up your current regime. But really, its going to be great for busy warriors.
Real-time follow along workouts providing you with your very own PT in your pocket suitable to complete at home with minimal space and equipment. Just download the app to get started!
