Luke will be with you every session in real time format, to help guide you and motivate you on this journey! The CB app community is like no other and together we are going to SMASH this!
How to win our prizes!
First steps first, make sure you're signed up to be eligible for winning our transformation prizes at the end of the challenge ( link below).
Take your transformation pictures front, side, back on day one of the challenge and again at the end! Make sure you're holding a piece of paper with 'CB App Strong Express', the date, your name and instagram handle! We have 10 x 1 year subscriptions up for grabs from your incredible transformations! Who is the challenge trainer?
Are the workouts live?
The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience . The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended. These will be found in the 'real time' section of the app under '28 Day Challenge Strong Express' and under trainer Luke.
Who can join the 28 Day Challenge?
Our challenge is designed for EVERYONE, no matter your fitness level or goals the challenge is designed to build your strength! Go at your pace, keep progressing, just don't quit!
