The 14 day challenge with Courtney starts this 20th March 2023!

We are bringing you two weeks of incredible workout that are going to motivate you and make you want to exercise every session!
We will be building our glutes, shredding our abs, increase our fitness levels and most importantly feeling overall amazing!

Based on three leg workouts a week that will be weights focused and two cardio based sessions that will be abs focused!

This challenge is completely different to anything we've ever done before - you are going to love it!

We are going to build together and grow together and do this as a community!

What is the 14 Day Challenge?

Exactly what it says on the tin! The 14 Day Challenge is a two-week series of workouts (with two rest days per week).  This is the perfect series for anyone wanting to focus on building their glutes and sculpting their bodies during their fitness journeys. 

Three Days - Glute focus with weights

Two Days - Cardio based with focus on abs

Are the workouts live?

The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight for you to do at your convenience . The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended. These will be found in the 'real time' section of the app under '14 Day Booty & Abs Challenge' or under trainer Courtney.

Who can join the 14 Day Challenge?

Anyone, anywhere with any level of fitness can take part in our challenge! You will need some weights and a resistance band primarily, suitable for at home work outs or take the app to the gym with you! Lets do this together!

What do I need?

A mat, some space along with some dumbbells and a resistance band.
We will be using a skipping rope and some ankle weights as an optional add on but these are no necessity!
