Everything you need to know!

  • 2 Weeks of 5 x 45-50min workouts (includes 1 x 60 min intro to Pilates + workout)
  • Equipment is optional but we’ll be using ankle weights, a resistance band, dumbbells and a Pilates ball for the extra burn!
  • Suitable for home workouts
  • An unmatched supportive community & team

Are the workouts live?

The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience. The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended so that you can take part anytime. These will be found in the 'challenge' section of the app.
