You might be a complete beginner or looking to level up your training game. Either way we’ve got some helpful tips to make sure you are ready to give this challenge your best shot.

1. Find an accountability buddy

It is no secret that the best way to stay on track on your fitness journey is to find a friend to keep you accountable. If you’re both beginners, you can keep each other encouraged and motivated, or if you are different levels of ability you can share tips and advice. As long as both of you show up to get it done every day, you will nail it together. Luckily we have a Facebook community full of thousands of supportive, motivated and uplifting individuals on the same journey as you. You will never workout alone again!

2. Make a plan

A goal without a plan is just a wish. Luckily we have done the tricky part for you. Our challenge schedule will be posted every Sunday on Instagram and on the app. All you need to do is show up at a time that suits you and give it your best effort!

3. Fuel your body correctly

When putting your body through a new challenge it is important that you are fuelling adequately with healthy, nutritious foods and ensuring you stay hydrated. The CB app will calculate your calories and macros based on the information that you enter. You can then choose from 300+ healthy and delicious recipes on the app to stay on track!

4. Focus on your form

Sarah will be taking you through each exercise and giving you the necessary instructions throughout the workout. However if you are new to exercise and wish to practice your form beforehand, be sure to visit our ‘how to’ library where we explain the technique points of every exercise. Be sure to implement stretching and walking as part of your active recovery throughout the challenge.

5. Take breaks but never quit!

Remember you are doing this for YOU. Go at your own pace and aim to be better than you were yesterday. You are your only competition, so when the workout gets tough, take breaks, have a moment, but never quit! You will feel so amazing after, and we promise if you stick to it, it WILL get easier.
